We reached out to Richard's Total Backyard Solutions to build a swimming pool in our backyard. We are in the process of a swim spa and enclosed patio build currently with Richard's Total Backyard Solutions. Our Endless Pool X500 swim spa is AMAZING! I purchased a hot tub from Kristi Patterson at Richard’s Total Backyard Solutions. She listened very carefully about where I wanted the placement of the tub, how neat I needed the electrical to be both on my house and buried in my yard and the importance of not allowing my little dog to escape while any work was being done. We researched several pool companies, received several quotes, and decided that Richard's was the best option. We have never regretted that decision! Kristi did an amazing job of helping us design the pool/hot tub of our dreams! She was very patient as we went through the financing process and picked right back up where we left off. Contrary to the other reviews here, my experience with Richard's has been overwhelmingly positive. We first visited them a full year before we decided to begin our project just to weigh our options. A full year later, when we contacted Kristi, she still had our design plan waiting for us and even remembered us by name. Kristi was thorough and thoughtful in the planning. My wife and I bought a pool from Richards and Jonathan Gill was out sales contact. He was professional, friendly and gave us great customer service. Our pool was finished in a months time several years back and we are still amazed at our backyard paradise from Richards. We will Definitely refer all our family and friends and will definitely be a repeat customer at our next home. Amazing pool.

The pool looks great but if you pick this company you are gonna have to stay on them or you will hit significant delays.I had neighbors go with ***** ****pools from **** and they signed their contract on the same day and were swimming over a month before I was. A bad feeling while spending $110k.
