The heater in my hot tub was not working properly. I called Kristine B***** and told her my problem. She had the technicians come the same afternoon to fix the problem.When I call Kristine with a problem she is very friendly and very helpful and has the problem taken care of immediately. She is a vey awesome person to work with and I am so glad that she works at Richards. Rose

I just had the two-year anniversary of my hot tub. Hot springs vanguard. Absolutely no trouble. No problems. They're always calling and checking on me. Had a little small warranty issue. They replaced it with absolutely no hassle. Perfect experience

The crew at Richard's did a complete refurbishment of my pool in 2011. They did a great job which included putting in a complete Pentair equipment and control system. The heater started acting up a couple of months ago so I called them back in to check it out. Seems the control circuit board had failed. Jesse was able to diagnose and replace it on the spot. His knowledge of Mastertemp heaters is encyclopedic. All is well once again. They might not be the cheapest outfit around, but they certainly get the job done quickly wit... read more
