The crew at Richard's did a complete refurbishment of my pool in 2011. They did a great job which included putting in a complete Pentair equipment and control system. The heater started acting up a couple of months ago so I called them back in to check it out. Seems the control circuit board had failed. Jesse was able to diagnose and replace it on the spot. His knowledge of Mastertemp heaters is encyclopedic. All is well once again. They might not be the cheapest outfit around, but they certainly get the job done quickly wit... read more

We reached out to Richard's Total Backyard Solutions to build a swimming pool in our backyard. The project was challenging including: small access to the backyard, utility easement and a large tree dominating the space. Overall timeline ~ 7 months from contract to water in the pool. We are in the process of a swim spa and enclosed patio build currently with Richard's Total Backyard Solutions. Our Endless Pool X500 swim spa is AMAZING! Kristi Patterson has been awesome to work with throughout the entire process...as well as answering our fifty million questions we have had. I purchased a hot tub from Kristi Patterson at Richard’s Total Backyard Solutions. She listened very carefully about where I wanted the placement of the tub, how neat I needed the electrical to be both on my house and buried in my yard and the importance of not allowing my little dog to escape while any work was being done. Once installed, Kristi sent a crew to video w me how to take care of everything and service it. They were sweet and patient. We researched several pool companies, received several quotes, and decided that Richard's was the best option. We have never regretted that decision!
