I purchased this vehicle on 7/28/15. Although the buying experience was a pleasant one as far as my salesman and the finance dept. was concerned when I left the dealership the vehicle was not detailed!! It was filthy it still had dry cereal under the back seats and dirt on the floor mats under the paper mats that they put down. The door jams are filthy! And the outside of the vehicle looked like it hadn't even been washed.(update) The managers made up for it by giving me a full detail and even shampooed my interior!!

My experience with Richardson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has been beyond frustrating. Between repeated service visits, poor communication, and what felt like complete disorganization in the service department, this has been one of the worst dealership experiences I've dealt with. Only the time it took to get the "recalled" part in from manufacturing, AFTER being notified that the part was available??? Why? Safety recalls should take priority over minor recalls. Also, when a part comes in that a customer was waiting for, why isn't the customer notified that the part is in, rather than the customer having repeatedly call the dealership to find out?

Horrible customer service care and terrible communication. The way this dealership is being managed is very unprofessional after 6 years of being a loyal customer I will no longer be servicing my vehicle here.
