If there is zero star I will give it. Each time I visit this service center their services are gotten worse and worse. They need to change their culture regarding the customer service starting from the management to the lowest level.

I brought my vehicle in at 9:30am because of a rear turn signal out message on the dash. I had to call back at 4pm for a status update and price estimate. I was told that the entire light fixture would need to be replaced and it was recommended that I replace both rear fixtures. The price quoted per fixture was more than $1000. I declined the work, and picked up my vehicle. I ordered the part ($160) and replaced it myself (approximately 3min). It did not fix the problem so I swapped out the fixtures and returned the item. It took over a month for a safety recall to be performed with no communication of updates during the entire process.

I was told a price of $9950, then they added $2400 to the price. Saying that's added to all vehicles. It includes door dings and key fobs, if lost. I had to threaten calling the Attorney General's office, to get them to take the originally agreed price. Shady people, I bought it as is, but the check engine light came on the next day. You would think they would have at least a 2 day warranty.

Communication was terrible. It took much longer than expected. I will give them this, the warranty company was definitely not the easiest to work with.
