Richardson Chrysler said engine repairs for 5 items would cost over $11,000 dollars. Could only afford one item of approximately $500. When went to pick vehicle up, bill was $1100 because of additional $500 charge for "diagnostics". Was told $500 diagnostic charge would be removed when all $11,000 worth of repairs were made. You be the judge, but Dealership should have advised total charge of $1100 up front and not hold customer hostage to doing repairs at same Dealership.

Friendly and on time, clean waiting area

I picked up my vehicle and my dash cam had been disconnected at the camera and the cigarette plugs in the car were unplugged as well. I had wires hanging everywhere. I never would have looked at my dash cam footage, but I did because it was disconnected. After reviewing the footage my vehicle was taken on a 15 min joy ride while the tech talked on his phone and shouted profanities at other drivers. Some quotes from the drive that really stuck out. Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience. Dealer was given instruction on what to perform and not only didn't perform the work, but did not even know until I advised them that work was not done. Their excuse was they did not have parts, which may have been true. How do you not perform the ONE task that I bring vehicle in for and then not advise your customer upon pick up that the work was not done because you didn't do your job. They had my vehicle for an entire week for literally two hours worth of work.

What a waste of time. Salesman must have just started. Had no clue how to sell cars. Won't ever try to buy a vehicle here again.

$428.88 in labor only to change 2 batteries is beyond ridiculous. Especially considering less than 72 hours earlier their service department told me the batteries were good. Any auto parts store will put the batteries in for free with purchase.

My service was terrible. They never really figured out what was wrong with my van and then refused to put the engine back together without me paying additional money.
