They had my car for 2.5 months replacing an engine. The first engine was bad so they had to order a 2nd. I had to ask for a loaner car as I was never offered one. Ridiculous it took this long. Never will I use them again.

They couldn't repair the rim the messed up during previous visit. Still have not offered another solutions

It took one week to get the part and another week to get a technician to work on it only to find out the part the dealership order was defective after they installed it. Third week they had to order the part again redo the install. At the end of the fourth week I was questioning who should be paying my car payment for the month. I finally got my vehicle back at the end of the fourth week.

Took car in for 4 wheel alignment due to shaking over 60 mph. Recieved car back two days later. Drove home and car pulled terribly to the right. Car was never checked before returning to me. Took car back immediately to be fixed and added additional services to be completed. Two weeks later and three delivery days promised/missed, finally got car back. Was told shake was fixed, but not sure that was problem. Very dissatisfied customer!

terrible ask to speak to manager they don't want to let you talk to them they broke a part in my care and wanted me to pay for part and labor eventually i just paid for part ..... soo disappointed in this dealership
