Worst service ever, kept car that only needed battery. change was close to 300.00. I was not called once by the service agent during that week. I had to call 5 times for an update. Was told they would pay for car rental 3 times. I gave agent number for enterprise but her never called. So charge is on my credit card. I called today and asked for a number to director of service dept. I am on social security and 600.00 is unfair for replacing my battery.
They tried to sell me that my car needs a throughout cleaning with a $400 cost when it didnt need it. My car shop clean it for free in 10min. They had my car on hold for a week just to lie to me at the end. Im not coming back in my life.
Have taken both of my vehicles to this location for over a year. With each visit the customer service has suffered. I dropped off my car on Saturday with the promise it would be diagnosed same-day. On Monday I had to call THEM to get an update, was told it would not be looked at until Tuesday. Thursday still had not heard back, couldn't reach anyone in the service dept, kept getting put on hold. Decided to pick it up and take to another dealer who fixed it within 4 days.

This dealer is a ripoff artist. Stay away.
they took all day to fix a manor issue and when i tried to call them back no one answer or return my voice mail! when I got the truck I found out that AC not working and return it right back in less than 5 minutes, the guy name steve was so rude and means, there's no way to explain to this type of people
