The service writer/adviser did a good job. The service providers/shop did a poor job of service. It took a week to get a confirmation of diagnosis i gave them when I brought it in. I had to call to get updates and action. Two weeks to diagnose and change a transfer case control module.

The service representative was great, but it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! I had an appointment and it took forever. I was very dissatisfied with that.

Horrible showed up after calling and was told wait was 2 hours long when they couldve told me over the phone instead of making a 45 min drive was told i could uber home till my car was done my appointment was at 10am they said 2 hours so i expected 12-1 i would get my car didnt get it till 5pm on a Friday.

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO RICHARDSON CJDR!!!! They can not fix anything from a simple window water leak to a major powertrain issue. If you don't want to lose time, money, patience, nerves and your car's value, STAY AWAY from this "service." I've brought my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Overland there 11 times in less than 3 years. They wasted all my warranty time with their cheap service and a lot of excuses. They couldnt get me a loaner or rental for almost 3 weeks, which inspired me to trade in the car. Shortly after the sales department lost my keys (without communicating with service that they took the keys). I even traded the car to a different dealership, so I wouldnt have to go through the sales process with Richardson Jeep, Dodge, Ram.

Refuse to do body work after it was approved on a brand new 2022 Jeep unbelievable. I will definitely be checking another dealership. Bought a new Jeep in 2017 was happy with Richardson not so happy now

They were supposed to order another part and fix my car for me but I havent heard back from them in two weeks.

Had the worst experience with this shop took a month to fix minor problems bought used parts and after market parts to fix my truck and after all they didnt fix all the problems it had because they said there was nothing wrong with it but clearly still had a noise coming from front suspension.
