To long to expensive did not even wash my truck it came in just washed and came out dirty after sitting outside I dont think I will return

Cant give 1-Star...So giving 2 stars.. Had my 75,000miles maintenance done and received the car back with TPMS issue and Start/ Stop warning message. Went back, asked the reason and the reason was that it can happen anytime and it was a coincidence that it happened after service. Not sure what they are checking before handing the vehicle back to customer. Asking me to spend another $500 to fix these issues. I will go somewhere else and not going back to this dealer. They lost a customer.

HORRIBLE......Worked out a tentative deal for a car with the sales mgr.....an hour later the General Manager called me to say the deal wouldn't go thru unless I agreed to an added $1600 cost for an unwanted tire/wheel warranty......what a rip off

The service dept charged me $200 more than what they should have. After doing my own research, i was able to bring a copy of the other CJDRs in the area and prove they over charged me. The manager Jeff Renfro finally understood that they overcharged me but only refubded me $145 instead of the $200 i was owed. He told me that his shop has more expensive parts than the plano location 5 min down the road (which of course is a complete lie). Meanwhile, Zafar unprofessionally smirked the entire time

I have been a regular customer there for a for some time now they seem to have a turn over on advisor there. so I have lots of work done there and regular maintenance and I always bring a competitor coupon for an oil change there which be another well known dealership so I had to speak to another advisor there about a coupon issue when the new was told by mgmt we dont take coupon without explaining which one we will this is not the first time this happen but I'm over it...will go else where!
