They had my car for a week for repairs and they never even looked at it. Finally just went and got it to take somewhere else.

Just would not go back. Did not feel valued as a Jeep owner. Also was charged higher for a package I didnt want.

Set an appointment a couple weeks prior to have a service bulletin taken care of (ticking noise coming from front end of car when making sharp turns at low speeds) as well as the paint and interior sealant refresh. Dealership told me it could take up to two days to fix the issue. I dropped the car off when they opened the morning of the appointment and let them know I was leaving town Friday morning and absolutely had to have the car finished by then. I sold my Jeep to the used car department on 8-17 and I am still waiting on a check for my car . ive got nothing but a runaround I know they have the title. Ive talked to the used car manager three times no action taken. I went into the main dealership to talk to the general manager and he wouldnt even give me the time of day. I talked to the switchboard and they told me that they had a changeover of people in their office and it was taking longer to get things done. Ive been waiting 20 days

My auxiliary battery was replaced. I did not need a loaner vehicle at that time. But days later when my other car was in the shop, the Jeep died on me again! They said they had no loaners available and would not assist with a rental or even an uber. I drive 35 miles to my job. Missed work. I am ready to turn this vehicle back in to dealership! Has less than 1200 miles on it. Tried to buy American!

I have 3 Jeeps and just have not been impressed at all with the service at Richardson Jeep. Had my tires rotated on my 2021 Jeep and had a low tire warning when I left. Just went to Discount Tire and they took care of it. Lots of stuff like this at Richardson.

Tough sales and finance team to deal with. Wouldnt accept outside financing. They tried hard to make me use their financing.

The assistants to the service manager were terrible and rude. Never followed up with us at all. We had to do all the calling and they never once called us to give updates nor tell us the car was ready. They were going to let it go until Monday when it was promised Saturday. We dropped it off at 9 am and it was promised by 1 or 2. Did not get it until 6 pm after they were closed. Not only the service people were rude but so was the old lady at the phones answering. This place has no customer service at all.
