Besides the fact they didn't fix the recall on the high beams, I had informed them of the car turning off while the lane assist is on, that was not checked at all!

This location is not for African Americans. Spend your money with people that appreciate your business. After about 4-5 visits I will never return or refer anyone especially people of color. This behavior is not Right

Horrible experience. I wanted a full report of what was done to diagnose my car, been having issues for a year now. All I got was needing a throttle but possibly pcm. Either I do or don't how do you possibly need something. Guy was very rude on the phone because I told him I just want to know what's wrong with it I can fix it myself. Also I had wires hanging under my dash.

I've twice taken my car in to have the backup camera repaired. The first time I was made to leave the car for three days before they would even look at it - which just seems incredible that they couldn't figure out how appointments work - and failed to provide updates for the time they were working on the vehicle. All of that is fine if you offer a courtesy car, but they do not so you're left Ubering around leaving voicemails that go unanswered about deadlines that have been and gone. The issue was not fixed.
