Less-Than-Ethical Practices. Use Caution. Let me begin my saying that I do really enjoy the truck I purchased. However, I generally don't like the car buying experience because car dealerships have a reputation for less-than-ethical tactics so I constantly feel I have to be on my toes – hard to do for 5 or 6 hours. over promised - failed to deliver We spent 6 hours at the dealership, and 2 hours of that was waiting on a finance person so we could finish the deal. the vehicle wasnt on perm so we were told it would delivered Monday, we were there on a saturday. This was fine, we left our trade in vehicle at the dealership and left. Monday came and I checked in with the Sales rep and Sales manager, both said the vehicle was there and being detailed and inspected. Incompetent dealership Man if I could give this place a negative 5 stars, they truly deserve it. So today (December 5, 2018) my wife went to the dealership to buy a 2016 Dodge Journey that was white with black rims. On Dec 4, 2018, my wife emailed the dealership and confirmed with a salesman that the vehicle was there. Regret buying anything from Richardson Jeep The worst I've ever experienced. I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Richardson Jeep. It broke down 2 days later and spent 35 days in the shop while Chrysler Jeep technicians made repeated guess attempts to fix the problem. Eventually, they replaced enough parts that the problem resolved, but were never able to pin point the cause. Terrible Service by Finance Department Associated with my daughter`s first car buying experience will be the great customer service provided by James Stewart, Sales Consultant, Preowned Sales and the TERRIBLE customer service provided by the Finance Department;notably Josh Owens. Purchase vehicle I traded a vehicle in when I got there they had my trade valued at 15 instead of the 19700 we had agreed to on the phone. Told them I had three dealers offer the 19,700 in three weeks. Just didn't have the color I wanted. That is why I drove the 9hr to your dealership.. Figured he was playing me for a fool. Joyride I took my truck in because of what I thought was a broken window seal that kicked up noise on the road (I just bought it a week ago). Two of their workers took it for what was essentially two separate joyrides on the highway only to tell me that there was nothing wrong and waste my gas (1/8th of a tank). Then they tell me that they wouldn't reimburse me for what they used! What a waste of time and money!

Worse experience ever trying to buy a vehicle I signed papers to buy a specific truck, then an hour later they said someone else signed just before me. They showed me a different pre-owned certified truck that was newer and fewer miles and offered a good deal because of what happened, so I signed to buy that truck for $50K+ total out the door. Only go if you have outside financing! Went in with preapproval for financing. Expected it to be "easy" as far as car buying goes. It was the worst experience we've ever had. The salesman and buying the car was great, it was financing that ruined it. We were there 6.5 hours with two young kids. 3 5 of that was just financing. They kept giving excuse after excuse on why they couldn't use our preapproval and the interest rates kept changing every time they brought us new numbers and nobody could explain why.
