Go Somewhere Else If you like to be ripped off then this is the place for you. I dropped my vehicle off for repairs. Communication is lacking unless you push for it. They will give you a long list of other expensive things not related to why you are there. They are also very high priced for repair costs and put added "misc" fees on your bill. I found a place $200 cheaper for the repairs but to move my car I was told I would owe $195 just for the diagnostic fee. I will never do business with them again.

Be careful There is no car which show in the online. I called for the used car. They talked that car is available. However I could not see that car....

Questionable online price advertising Price quoted online and confirmed in an email was NOT the price on the offer sheet. Suddenly there are “options “. In today’s online world why would they continue to use misleading tactics to try and get you to pay more once you are on the lot? Bye Bye.

Appalling Experience - The Worst Left 2 messages for the GM 3 business days ago. No call back. Left several messages for Service Manager. Will not call back. After replacing the display unit above the console, the backup camera works intermittently. With intricate and complicated wiring, I asked the service department to check their work. Don't bother. Salesmen are rude and lie to you. Don't waste your time even trying to buy something here. Can't get a human on chat. First salesman was polite, sent him a build sheet I had and never hear from him again. He even ignores my texts. After two days, call back and another salesmen was polite, up until I told him I had an FCA Control Number through my work. very disappointed I tried to purchase 1-2 vehicles from this dealer. I was completely blown off by a salesman, than a sales manager and finally the general manager. I'm at a loss? Only thing I can imagine is that they don't sell to out of state buyers, even though I advised them I would fly down and pay cash or finance thru them, whichever they prefer. Nobody would return my calls or email.

Wasted half a day Drove 1 1/2 hours to look at a car that I had talked to a salesman about before I headed that way , to get there the car was gone!!!!! But I guess this might be a technique that they use to get people to the dealership! And I’m self employed and I left work but it might be a sign that this wasn’t the right car for my daughter!!!

Poor customer after repair Took my truck for a new transmission, transfer case, and drive shaft. upon picking up my truck and drove it for less than a week parts fell off my truck. contacted the service department, send pictures and receipt of new parts and there has been no resolution. i has been over 3 weeks since I first contacted them. tried calling the general manager and the service manager, have not received any type of responds.
