stay away from this place they try to low ball me low ball me on my trade in , 20,000 to 30,000 over most over dealers werent willing to come down and try to get mte to 82 months.

Customer We were not given the sale price on the internet for the new truck we bought with rebates. The explanation was they added additional equipment.

Buyer The purchase was fine until I wouldn't buy their over priced warranty. The car had a repair that needed to be done. Took me a week to get ahold of someone. I guess salesperson we dealt with was out sick. So we were on the dark.

xxx is going on? xxx, I had my vehicle towed there due to the fact that it wasn’t running. 2 days later they were able to tell me what was wrong. Perfectly fine. I agreed to the repair. about an hour later I got a call from Roy stating that the radiator needed to be replaced, I told him that I couldn’t afford it at the time. He called me about 15 minutes later to tell me that he really wanted to replace it and knocked $400 off of the price, still overpriced but I agreed. The reapairs were done and all was good. Mislead / price changing They do not honor there advertised price. Tony refused to match what they had advertised on car guru, true car, Facebook or the price quote from usaa. I did purchase the vehicle 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, very unsatisfied with them not honoring there prices. I only purchases do to not wanting to shop around during the covid 19. Intransparent service I went there to try the new Jeep Cherokee. Trying to Figure out the fit and financial hit. Turns out they take much longer time to test drive a vehicle (a lot of back n forth). And they do not give your trade in value if you don’t buy immediately.

Worst Service Repair Shop I dropped my vehicle off to be repaired and they sent over to pickup a rental car from Enterprise Rental but Enterprise was closed. So they informed me that they would provide me with a car first thing Monday morning so that I will be able to get to work since my car will take up til Tues to be fixed. I called multiple times and left messages for someone to provide status on my car also to inquire about the courtesy car that they promised. Never had a dealership that would not negotiate I was trying to purchase a used vehicle. Dealer would not negotiate the price. Listed price was best and final. Very disappointed in buying experience.

RUDE, CON ARTISTS, DISRESPECFUL, JUST AWFUL They sold me a lemon. The car had been in a major accident but they gave me a Carfax that was cleared. Be careful with these guys.
