Very Disappointed I'm highly disappointed in the service I have received here. I bought my jeep grand cherokee about a month ago. Love the car and the actual buying of it went fairly smooth. The exact week that I got a call to come in and get my license plates put on, my tire pressure light came on saying that one of tires was low. Worst Car Buying Experience Ever! I should have read the review on this dealership because that is exactly what happened to me! I also had Dawn helping me out with the sale. She was very nice. You could tell the dealership is new. They did not know much about out of state purchasing. I live in Oklahoma and it was a mess handling the taxes and tag while we were at the dealership. Customer Service is the Worst! I went into this place, because I live close by. It's a brand new dealership, about 3 weeks old I believe. The sales rep I went through was Dawn. She is a really nice lady and was very helpful. She was only supposed to work half a day, but took her time with me and ended up staying much later which was very nice of her, especially because she did not rush me at all.
