This is the second time I have worked with Rick to finance our house and just like last time it was incredibly easy. We could not have been more happy with Rick and his entire team for our recent refi. We have worked with him before, but were especially impressed with his ability to process our refi during this crazy COVID-19 time. He secured us a great rate, used technology to streamline the process and minimize contact, and was in contact at every step of the way. Working with Rick and caliber was great. They kept us informed of the process and situation and helped when there were any problems. Rick really works to get you the best rate and knows how to work with and handle VA loans very well. The rest of the team does a great job of getting paperwork and documents together and signed and keeps you informed along the way. Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

I have used Elmendorf for initial mortgage and streamlined VA refi. Each time was smooth and easy. There were no surprises and everything was as described. I was well informed during the entire process, as well.

This company is fantastic, especially for Veterans. I recommend them to anyone though. Caliber Home Loans stuck with us throughout the entire process, even when the first house (short sale) we wanted didn't work out. Caliber was ready when we found our new home. This was our second time working with Rick within two years. The attention to details from the entire team seem like an orchestra with many instruments all playing a beautiful song. We had a minor setback during the process but Rick’s experience kicked in and created a solution to handle the issue.
