very average place --- not far from OUray springs. Weekend staff were rude ---- breakfast was very basic and in the laundry room during renovations. Was charged tax twice on my bill. So-so hotel with mountain views, currently under-going renovation ----- so many of the facilities are unavailable.

Clean but old motel Reality is this is an old motel in a very small town. The place is clean however the rooms are small and the fixtures are old. This would have been a nice motel in the 60’s. My rating may not be fair as I usually stay at more upscale motels Decent bed

Decent room, staff extremely rude. When we showed up, we were asked to downgrade to a Double Queen room instead of a King as the hotel was overbooked. We agreed as we were told they would discount the room for us. I did not look at the rate they charged, and the next day I received a call that my credit card from the Booking.com site had been rejected (I had entered my new credit card info at Booking.com, so not sure what happened there).
