Bad - Bad stuffy smells, No fresh air throughout the hotel, windows cannot be opened, makes you sick to breathe at night - Hot tub = COLD - Average cleaning practices

Apparently the proprietor was taking advantage of Covid by reducing services and increasing prices TV didn't work. Difficult to reach anyone at the 'desk'. For the room cost, no continental breakfast, no wakeup, or really other services. Seemed like the saloon was the primary focus of the establishment. Location. Stayed here three times for convenience to the Imogene Pass Run start. First stay was the best.

Room stank like a dead animal, we had to use air freshener. They never cleaned the room, even if requested. Everything else, I originally requested for a quiet room, check in was fast but we had a junky and noisy room, I couldn’t take it so I asked for a quiet room and the staff looked terribly mad at me, she gave us a quiet room anyway but it smelled so bad. We just powered through it because we were so tired and I know she won’t do anything anymore if I made another request. Location

Disappointing Not as advertised. No breakfast no bar no restaurant

The Star Saloon, located in our lobby has been open 7 days a week since August 2019 without closure... Our hours of operation have been from 7:30AM-10PM - serving Breakfast Burritos & freshly ground Hawaiian coffee in the mornings and Pizza, Chicken Wings, Salads, Specials w/ 50+ Colorado Beers, Spirits, & Ciders for lunch/dinner... This hotel had been a night mare it looks alot Bette in picture than in person. The phone did not work in room we had to They dont come in to clean the rooms daily we had to take our trash out every day ourselves not sure what the cleaning crew does. They charged us the right amount and as soon as we checked out they proceeded to charge additional fees and now they just wont answer the phone to explain what its about just rude and unprofessional Just the mountain opposite to it

I think we will stay somewhere else! No fresh bed lindens We did have breakfast no one told us about a meal

Fair The location was nice . They have a nice outdoor seating area Property was definitely subpar for the price . Many of the amenities were shut down or inoperable. We were unable to even get water for our room while we were there . The bar and restaurant was closed .for no apparent reason Staff was literally non existent and if they were around were on their phones or on the computers. This is not a place I would stay again for the price they charged.

Don’t do it. Disgusting! Room wasn’t clean - even found hair in the bathroom as soon as we entered. Bed springs poke you all night and couldn’t sleep well. Location was helpful to get to Ouray and Telluride.
