Wish I would have went somewhere else. Rooms were not cleaned enough. Dust in the corners. Blood drops on the bathroom wall. Coffee pot and fridge couldn’t be plugged in at same time. Our lamp was unplugged when we got there. Had to move furniture to plug it in. Bar was out of stuff or the staff had no idea what to do. Free breakfast was ONLY a burrito and coffee. Get serious. Very Poor Hot tub didn’t work. When asked if we had any special requests or instructions, we mentioned we were vacationing to celebrate a 35th birthday and anniversary, Adam (employee) responded and stated “You got it! You are coming to the right place!”. In reality, nothing was done to help celebrate as promised by the facility. No house keeping services provided during our stay, even when we left the “Please make up room” sign on the outside of our door. Very displeased. We ended up leaving a day early.

Sorry about the hot tub - it wasn't heating for a few days until we fixed it. I believe you received a bottle of champagne at check-in and a discount for a meal at the hotel. In terms of COVID-19 housekeeping protocol - we are only cleaning rooms 1 time/week for guest stays of a week or longer and will provide guests with fresh linens as requested. Sorry for your displeasure, our focus is to make each guest stay a good experience... I hope the rest of your year only gets better! Adam
Will not stay again No breakfast as told at check in. Room was not cleaned well. Toothpaste on sink, bathroom floor dirty , nightstand had water rings from drink cups. In Covid times you would think they would be extra careful to clean up. Too expensive for what we got .
Bad Have stayed here before. I booked a room at 4:00pm because there was a forest fire blocking my way home. 2 hours later the fire was out. I called the hotel and said I knew I’d need to pay a cancellation fee, but could I cancel the room since the fire was out. The owner knew the situation but charged me the full amount anyhow. So I paid full price for a 2 hour booking window. Nice. So much for community spirit. . Nothing
I was caught in the middle of nowhere without options The price per pet was unavailable on line and i was charged extra when I arrived felt ripped off because Iit was too lare to chane booking and i wiuld have if i could

There must be have been some miscommunication, our pet fees are the lowest in the area. I have reviewed your reservation and it looks like you had 2 pets so the fees charged were correct. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with and invite you to come back soon.

Very disappointed The fact that we had to wait until 4 to check in because they would go through the entire hotel cleaning only bathrooms first and then start over with the rest of the room. Manager was not very friendly with regards to this way of doing things. The window was moldy and wouldn't open. The bathroom was so small you had to go all the way in, step aside before you could close the door. We were also not told the pool was under construction. One of the reasons we booked was for pool.
