The location and price were good. Mountain Village and cities very/too expensive. We had to change rooms when we first arrived as the room was not vacuumed very well, popcorn on the floor. The second room had some maintenance issues like the tub faucet continually dripped and the sink didn't drain very well, held water. The location worked well for us since we wanted to see both Our and Telluride. A little far from Telluride but not too bad.
Very Poor The room was very noisy. Badly insulated. It was not having a good bathroom. The place was okay
Potential COVID disaster. The woman at the front desk had her mask dangling off her ear, and when I asked her, very respectfully, to put it on, she said she "can't." You experienced an exception and that is part of reason why we also have sneeze guards at the front desk and bar as an extra precaution to help maintain... read more
Too bad the wildfire smoke was just everywhere in CO during my stay. My problem with this place was the "mountain view". Window in my room was so crusted up with mineral deposits that you could barely see out. So very disappointing and front desk said there was nothing they could do to clean them. I don't believe that. A razor blade cuts through deposits like that. A big, big job but needs to be done or else change your description of room. I was put in room close to office which was nice as a single woman traveling. Parking... read more
Business response:
Sorry for the mineral deposit on your window and the front desk clerk response to your comment. It has been cleaned and was caused by an over zealous sprinkler. Safe travels - Adam
