Expensive and unwelcoming, ten miles from Ouray customer service. fix the ice machine. earlier breakfast (not included but they give you $10 in vouchers to spend on pizza, wings, shakes etc this place was expensive for what it was. It needed some TLC. The front desk manager was grumpy and our first key did not work. The door handle felt like it was going to come off. This place is 10 miles from Ouray. The nearby hot springs, Orvis, is definitely worth a visit

45-Minute Drive to Telluride Mountain Windows in room are fogged / double pane broken seal - they need to be replaced. This lodge also has a kitchen with pizza and other hot food items
Poor The beds were not comfortable to sleep in and it was loud. I could hear everyone else opening their doors while I was trying to sleep and it would wake us up. I liked that I could bring my pet! That was fantastic!

Fair Breakfast burritos were horrible, warm almost cold coffee, wall paint was chipping away all over bathroom, gave me key to someone else’s room, painting fell off wall in middle of the night, just needs HUGE remodel and more. ESP for being in Ridgeway Co.

Could have been much better. I'd had the reservation since July for the end of September. It was suppose to have been on the ground floor which it was but there where 8 steps up to the room My husband is disabled and has trouble with any steps. It was hard but we made it work. The room was so small I got panicky at first. I don't understand why we got the smallest room there. After having reserved for so long. Not another room available either. Poor Supposed to be a pet free Hotel people with allergies do not want to see dogs or other animals in a hotel that's pet free cuz we cannot breathe with animals and with the dogs barking running up and down that hallway very bad The beds were okay
Fair Could have used more washcloths and hand towels. The breakfast burritos were delicious. The room decor was very dated but the beds were comfortable.
