"The best way to use phone if you work remote" Pros: I am working remotely and been hsing RingCentral for over 2 years. I am located in Europe and I am using the US number without any issues.Cons: Nothing that I can think of. Easy to use.

I will keep on using this software/tool for making calls (this is very helpful in recruiting people I swear!).Pros: The product is definitely easy to use. User-friendly, indeed! I like the call recording feature a lot because of the quality of the result it gives.Cons: From my experience, there were times that it was not opening and functioning well that I had to restart my computer.

"Health Care Assistant" Overall: 90 % overall experiencePros: Ring central app is a very user friendly app. The voice is very clear, even the recording and best of all the recordings are all in real time. Even if your in a different country as long a you have an internet connection, nothing can stop Ring Central.Cons: The app is very expensive , it not a budget friendly app.
