A few ups and downs but a generally solid prodcut Some teams have been better than others. Our TAM is amazing and super helpful. We lost our CSM and there's no urgency to replace her and at times I feel like our account gets minimal attention from this side of the business. The prodcut fucntions mostly as expected. A few things that we were sodl on as being "not a problem" did, in fact, become problems when it came to practical application. RingCentral Ecstatic Review The team really enjoys Ring Central. We use it to set conference calls and video chats, and it's also such an easy setup! I always like the fax feature, simply because offices no longer have that feature and it's hard to find a place when you don't have a fax. But I feel overall, it has a big integration g of many business tools, which I like.

I'm Super Happy with RingCentral Overall ease is a major win for my business. One of the best thing is that I can have the app open in several locations to handle business when I'm using multiples screens. When I'm at my desk, I keep the app open so I can answer calls, text clients/customers, and transfer calls to my mobile device if I need to step away from my desk.
