Excellent Support for Implementation Friendly, supportive staff. Excellent support for implementation with knowledgeable engineers. Flexibility with customization. Excellent scripting tools. Reporting needs to be improved but they are definitely working on that. Most of the platform is user friendly but scripting, although very robust, does take a little higher skill level.

Easy implementation, reliable but lacks of documentation for self learning personnel. the services we have acquired with this company is the outbound dialing solution Called ring central, the service overall has been good, their team is very responsive and always try to give you the best solution, only downsize we have found is the lack of documentation of the product and a few missing options that you will expect from a dialer, per their words the are working on this but not sure when the documentation will be ready.

Fast and Friendly service!! Every time I have an issue and need to contact them after hours. they get right to the problem and keep me updated until the issue is resolved!

Great support team on the API and implementation side. We have been working with connectfirst on an integration that has required custom report and API support. The integration team has been very responsive by email and has taken the time to get on the phone and screen sharing to help move the project along.

Easy to use, Amazing reliability Connect First has been a pleasure to work with. They are highly responsive to my questions and requests, and are proactive at continuous improvement of the platform and both user and administrator interface. Reports are easy to run and we've had amazing reliability.

Excellent product and customer service We are a mid-sized contact center (2 locations, ~80 agents) and have been using Connect First's telecom solution for several years. The software itself has been extremely reliable; I can think of only one time in the past three years when there was an outage, and that was for under an hour. The software has a very robust reporting platform that has a number of common reporting formats, and the user-generated reporting formats are easy to create. Connect First, a company that cares about their customers. Connect First has been an absolute joy to work with. Use this product! I love using connect first! Super easy and provides great information. There have been a few issues with it, but overall the customer service really helps a lot and they are always on top of it.

Amazing Support for a Great Product Connect first has an incredible support team. They are quick to respond and even quicker to respond to immediate matters. With each feature you desire, they work as a team to figure out how to make it happen. The data that Connect First stores and provides has single handedly allowed me to staff and plan our agency volume. Their integrations make it easy to implement items such as scheduled calls back on our website.
