RingCentral helps our patients Pros: I like how we are able to text patients through RingCentral. A lot of our patients are hard of hearing, so they like to text and this makes it very easy to do so. Cons: Sometimes RingCentral goes down when so many users are using it. This becomes very inconvenient to contact our patients. Overall: It is dependable, good voice quality, plenty of features (more than we ever would use) at a great price point. I recommend a lot of people to use RingCentral!
RingCentral Integration with HubSpot Pros: I like that it can be integrated into HubSpot. Cons: I have not encountered such with RingCentral. Overall: We use RingCentral for Sales and Marketing and we do it by integrating it into HubSpot.
Good but expensive and Support team needs to improve Pros: It was very complete and easy to use, and the deployment was easy. Cons: Their support center was terrible, and their price was high. Overall: In terms of the application and features, they were good. It was easy to use and manage. But when you needed support, their people were not savvy. The other situation that we had was that we got charges that they couldn't explain, so it made the bill go up a lot.
Works for simple setups Pros: The call quality was fairly good all of the time. Cons: It wasn’t flexible enough for use by our team. The call routing; voicemail and messages weren’t adjustable enough to our needs. Overall: I felt this was average software with average support. We moved away after a short time.
Must have for any office Pros: It does it all, text, calls, faxes. All in one place at a glance. Cons: I don't have a complaint. It meats all our needs. Overall: Wonderful program. You can easily name phone numbers, see who is calling. it tracks how long the phone calls take, sends emails to you when you have a voicemail or text.
RingCentral Contact Center Review Pros: They are friendly and professional and do their best to resolve any issues. Cons: Issues sometimes require more than one call to resolve which can take an extended amount of time. Overall: Overall, every experience that I have had with RingCentral Contact Center has been a positive one and all issues have been resolved.
RingCentral is the best. Pros: RingCentral is super friendly user for back office agent like me who has an incredible feature including close to perfect transcript, auto-recording call, & easy to use design & lay out. Cons: None that I know of. Can't really think of any I swear! Overall: Overall, I would love to use this apps for back office job and would highly recommend for contact center here in the Philippines.
Forever Access to Your Direct Work Line Pros: Your client calls automatically go to your cell phone whether you are away from your desk or out of the office. Cons: I have no complaints. The app is everything you could ask for. Overall: I have been able to leave my desk and answer a client call directly from my cell phone allowing me to not miss any calls.
Ring Central Ease of Use Pros: I love the ease of having options for messaging, calling, and receiving faxes all through one line. Cons: No complaints at all! It is very functional and user friendly. Overall: The transition to Ring Central was smooth and easy. I love having this app rather than a land line.
