RingCentral Contact Center - A Must Have Monitoring and Forecasting Tool for Contact Centers Despite RingCentral Contact Center lagging or freezing up during peak traffic times or "seasons" wherein a lot of calls or chats are coming through the system; I think it more than makes up for it since it very accurately predicts the flow of contact within the next 30 minutes. The freeze up only lasts about 30 seconds though, so there's nothing a fast refresh on the window will not fix. Overall, I think it is still a fantastic syste... read more

Leveraging RingCentral for Effective Inbound Communication for me, the call stability has worked really well and RingCentral has the ability to receive inbound calls and sms effectively, as an organization, you need to install and define the country number to receive all the incoming calls, the SLA's are defined well in the RingCentral app.
