Quality business phone and fax are a necessity for successful operations Pros: Ring Central is my favorite business phone software for a lot of reasons. Ring allows me to send and receive faxes and text messages as well as make calls, store my contacts and show me a list of all incoming, outgoing and missed calls. My phone number and fax number are the same! I have never had an issue with my calls dropping. I have never had an issue with hearing an echo or having static in the line. RingCX - Useful Office Tool Pros: The AI notes for phone calls is really helpful to refer back to or share with our team. It's convenient having the forwarding and queue services on multiple devices. Cons: I really wish they would integrate autocorrect into messages and texts. It's also not easy to import contacts you may already have on a device. Overall: It's been great overall with helping to direct calls throughout the company. We utilize the notes feature to regularly tie details of a call to leads and jobs.

Worth the money Pros: It uses wifi which enables us to have access anywhere in the world without being hampered by cell networks. Cons: The UI is not attractive and could do with beingbupdates. The app can be buggy at times which can affect calling Overall: Its been a great experience, there is a lot of functionality such as ai note taking abd recorded audio chats.

negotiator Pros: That we can use this on a app on a phone or via the computer. This helps with everyday communication. Cons: I do not like that there is so much downtime with RingCX at least once a week the service goes down and that is annoying.

Novice User of Ring Central Pros: I liked that screen layout was pleasing to the eye. I also liked that it was user friendly for the most part Cons: although user friendly, there can be a lot of steps to do some things. I found this to be only a small con in the scope of all things. Overall: I don't use RingCX as much as the rest of my company because I am not on the phones consistently like most staff. Very good!!! Pros: What I liked most about RingCX was its intuitive omnichannel interface, which allowed agents to handle voice, chat, SMS, and social media conversations from a single dashboard. Cons: What I liked least about RingCX was the occasional latency issues during peak usage and the limited customization options in the reporting tools Overall: My overall experience with RingCX was positive. The platform provided a unified, easy-to-use solution for managing customer interactions across multiple channels.

Easy to use with many access options Pros: I like that I can use my phone to call in when I cant or dont have speakers and a camera Cons: I like the phone in option but it is a lot of codes and passwords but I understand for security Overall: very satisfied as our office has 2 different locations its easy for the team to all be on and interface for training with another entity and still feel like a group training session

Highly Remommended Pros: High quality voice calls, have never used video call option so not aware about this feature. Easy to make calls and leave voice mails. Cons: Setup was bit complicated and needed IT help. Overall: I like the popup feature from the extension that appears whenever I hover my cursor over any contact number. It makes using RingCentral quick and effortless.

Overall it was acceptable Pros: Once it was setup, it was generally pretty simple to use Cons: Setup could be difficult, had trouble with some dropped calls Overall: Overall, the experience was good. No major issues. No more dropped calls than a standard service provider, but did expect it to be slightly better
