It provides the core of what it's supposed to, but call quality customer support isn't great Pros: I like being able to have multiple phone numbers for different purposes. In my experience, the customer service was not that consistent. Pros: I like that this software offers so many features and that it operates on an established platform with an overall good reputation to back it up. Cons: Unfortunately, we have not had the be best customer service experience. Some of the reps and tried the hard sell (which is real turn-off) and then you might get a rep. who respects your budget and is willing to discuss what is best for you based on that and the needs you express.
Ring Central is far from my first choice for VOIP Pros: I do like the voicemail feature and how it is sent to my email. It makes it easy to keep track of missed calls. Cons: It drops connection far too often. It frequently will say it's "reconnecting". It also rarely gives me the ability to transfer calls to my coworkers when necessary. Overall, it's just inconsistent. Overall: I did like being able to give my clients a direct number rather than an extension, but that didn't outweigh the issues I had with the product.
Customer Support has gotten bad Pros: Features, easy to use Cons: Customer Support is almost non-existent. It is a waste of time to call them. Overall: I have used them for 10 years. In the past few months, several of my phones have had issues. Actually, 6 out of 8 phones weren't working. When I call tech support there is always an issue. Horrible Customer Service - Sneaky Sales People Pros: Calling linked with Zoho Cons: Customer Service and Sales Support Overall: Extremely poor customer service and sales. Will lie, steal and cheat. Their prices are high too. Claim they're the biggest but that definitely does not mean the best. Don't ever expect to speak to anyone in the US.
Lackluster support, misleading plan details. Most of these reviews are suspicious... Overall: All these glowing reviews are suspisious. From a user of many years I can say that although their prices seem good, be very VERY careful. Treated poorly after many years of service Overall: With over 6 years of service today I saw just how poorly they treat customers that I've been with them a long time. They have no concept of long-term value of a customer and lost me for good and now I will share the poor experience with as many people as possible .
