    Want a headache? Pros: Customer support was nice, we spent a lot of time with them getting this set up for everyone. What a hassle. Cons: We had a small team we needed to direct phone calls to. Whether it was app problems, connection issues, we had it all. Overall: I will never recommend RingCentral, and I have since found a greater product.

    Needs improvement Pros: It helps me connect with clients to give a screen shared presentation. It gets the job done. Straight forward. Cons: Calls drop. Screen freezes. Has kicked me out of meetings. We cant customize the email invitations. End users usually complaint about launching the meetings. Overall: I'm not very pleased with RingCentral. I've used easier platforms.

    Very buggy software Pros: RingCentral would make it easy to have screen shares and virtual meetings ... if it worked! Cons: RingCentral is totally unreliable. I have recurring meetings with all my clients, and the links frequently break, rendering them useless and frustrating my clients. Overall: I would not recommend this software.

    Great product...terrible cancellation process Pros: We have used RingCentral for about 10 years...the product has done well. However, when it was time to cancel, the process is painful, laborious and down right ridiculous. The hoops and time I had to waste to cancel a $25/mo subscription was ludicrous. We had already ported our number to Zendesk and just wanted to stop the account....GEEZ!!!!!! Buyer beware. Cons: Cancellation was horrific. the process to terminate an account should be revisited.

    Terrable Pros: Cost Cons: Over all performance Overall: The service is okay but had trouble with expensive phones purchased from them. Couldn't hear people over them very well and the would drop calls. I cancelled service and they refused to give any refund even thought I paid for a year in advance. Would not recommend using this greedy corporation.

    Not worth the complete disregard Pros: That there was an app and we could answer/communicate away from the office. Was supposed to be easy and affordable.. it wasn't Cons: The total disregard for our concerns and issues. The customer service is sorely lacking and I feel we were lied to just to get our foot in the door. Overall: $4

    Buyer beware Pros: It worked ok at first. It sound good at first, but did not work out. Cons: I was unable to make or receive calls due to the poor internet service where I live,. I explained this to them and was told that it was not their problem and that they would not let me out of the contract unless I paid the a large lump sum. I sat at my computer and watched missed calls come across my screen.     Ring Central is a customer service disaster Pros: When it worked, it worked pretty well. A lot of features if you could make them work Cons: Utterly terrible customer service, clunky interface, spotty service Overall: Ring Central does very little to support their customers. You'll run a gauntlet of hidden charges, careless account managers, and people who barely English.     Poor Quality Product with Even Worse Customer Service Pros: I liked the automation options. However, too many glitches rendered it useless. Cons: Poor quality in calls. VERY hard to cancel plan due to intentionally difficult cancelation process. Flat out unethical. It took 3 chat supports, 5 phone calls, totaling 4 hours of my day just to cancel the software after we found it did not fit our needs.
