Upgraded from Shoretel to Mitel. Good improvements. Upgraded from Shortel Connect to Mitel Connect. The application works better and I'm impressed with the speed and bluetooth options.

Teamwork tool One of the best tools for organizations to manage team work. I have been using this tool to assign tasks without going to someone's desk and wasting my time in discussion. This is how teamwork getting done in big organizations.
Connection issues cause concern but their ability to integrate with many tools saves time Overall the product is decent although the my connection on calls regardless of the networks tends to diminish the experience. Other than that I love the outlook plug in's as well as the app's you can install on your mobile device.
