Great service! Would recommend to other companies. Great platform for connecting with coworkers and vendors in a couple clicks of the mouse. Being able to dial partner offices all over the world from a centralized directory is great. RC Meetings and RC Rooms make face to face collaborations simple and hassle free. One feature I feel should be available is screen sharing with support access. Excellent communication product! My experience with RingCentral has been excellent. Desktop phones are easy to setup, manage, and configure user profiles. The softphone app works very well and extremely helpful. Glip groups provide an efficient method of quick communication and provide many tools for sharing links, docs, videos, or starting a quick video conference. Meetings are easy to schedule and send via outlook. RingCentral Meeting Rooms is a great asset for our conferencing needs. The user interface is straight forward... read more

Feedback Excellent Service but there are some system issues. They were resolved in a timely manner for the most part.
RC has tons of features and functionality that we needed and seems to be a great fit. Phones are simple to program and install. Many features and functions to choose from for system-wide settings. The implementation has been easy so far. We are about 50% completed with the project and I am pleased with the results.
Implementation was smooth, ongoing support has been excellent Service uptime has been perfect and regular feature releases have met our expectations of continuous improved experience.
