Terrible customer service Pros: features and integration with 3rd party apps. Cons: price and service (or lack thereof). Rude staff. Overall: the website says "find a better deal, we'll match it". however upon calling, the salesperson flat out said no they do not match any competitor prices. they have the pay annual discount and that is all. Then he hung up on me. wow, if I did that in my business, I would have none.
The first number I got previously belonged to an escort service. Pros: I enjoy being able to use the app on a second device, which has no phone/data service and is only connected to WiFi, to turn it into my VOIP device. An Inconsistent Solution For VoIP Pros: When RingCentral works, it works great - in other words, if issues do not persist within the software it can be a great VOIP with excellent clarity and call quality. Cons: Overall, RingCentral Office - VoIP is hit and miss at all times. Sometimes the program will crash in the middle of a call or while answering a call. Do Not Use Ring Central. Pros: Worst Experience, hands down. Ring Central said they could port our current number, so we signed up 3 months in, number had not been ported yet, but of course we were still paying monthly bill for RC and our previous provider. I cannot count the number of hours spend on the phone with their tech support trying to figure this out. We eventually cancelled, got our money back and went with another customer. RingCentral is terrible Pros: It works sometimes, some of the features that they claimed to have were actually available. Cons: They lie about their capabilities to get you to sign up for their software and when it turns out they cant provide the service they said they could they browbeat you with the agreement they lied to you to get you to sign. Unreliable when needed the most Pros: That it was an app that enabled the staff to have their work call accessible to them. Cons: The app was almost always not functioning as intended. Calls were being dropped, not even connected or would go straight to voicemail. Overall: We ended up having to get rid of it and transition the staff to traditional business cell phones for better reliability.

Cons: The phone would not ring all day, so I would check and come to find out that my phone number was deleted by Ring Central without my knowledge nor consent. They allowed fraudulent activity on my account and didn't even apologize. Good product, not as good service Pros: - Easy to use - Integrated messaging - You can attach docs and images to text messages Cons: - Their customer support team is not up to the task - Too many apps for different things instead of one central place - Puerto Rico numbers were considered "International Calls" Overall: I helped implement RingCentral in my current position, it was not worth the money. Overpriced VoIP Company With Good Support Pros: The support was easy to understand, helpful and available. Seemed to utilize proprietary codecs, so voice quality was VERY good. Cons: APPs - There were too many and they crashed. Outlook plugin also crashed Outlook for several of the test users. Feedback from RC regarding issues made me feel like we were beta testers.
