We love the screensharing and conferencing functions! RingCentral is an indispensable part of our company communications. We use it to monitor sales calls, track call volumes, perform quality control protocols, enhance qualitative modifications to our operations, make it easy for our salespeople to work seamlessly in or out of the office and has really provided a great return on investment in our telecommunications requirements.
Quite easy to install and use. Overall experience so far has been great. It has become a de facto and go-to software for all the communication needs within our organization. Client calls, meetings, screen share in internal startegy meetings are top uses for me and my team. RC is being used organization-wide and people are loving it.

RingCentral is Worth Looking Into RingCentral is extremely reliable. We have had only one outage in the 4 to 5 years we have been with them. Their system is easy to use as well. Their tech support and customer support are great to work with. Implementation of the system was pretty easy. It's one of the best of voip systems I have used.
