    Spotty service will not allow termination of contract under any circumstances Pros: When it works I can make phone calls. Voice mail is decent Cons: We have used them for a year. We have regular intermittent outages with our phones for brief periods. Not the end of the world I suppose but certainly far worse service than you get from traditional services.     I really hate Ring Central... Pros: Ring Central offers a feature set that is hard to find elsewhere for a similar price Cons: The service is unreliable. We have technical issues almost daily. Overall: Ring Central offers features like automatic call recording that are seemingly impossible to find elsewhere at a comparable price.     I have to use it with a consultant. Pros: Shared screen meetings with a consultant are what we use RingCentral Office for. I do not care for it compared to other options online (Slack or Hangouts for instance). It accomplishes what it set out to do, but my preferences and loyalty lies elsewhere. Cons: Most all of it. It's aesthetically unappealing. Seems like an outdated software compared to the other options out there.

    Low quality and poor customer service Pros: Has lots of useful features - being able to choose from tons of phone numbers, set your caller ID, voicemail, user permissions, dynamic local area codes depending on where you're calling, and more. Cons: Call quality was pretty poor and was constantly dropping for how much we paid for the service. Customer service was pretty poor when I'd call about it, which happened far too frequently given the poor service quality.

    Reliable, but the price and contracts ruin it. Pros: It's reliable voip service with a decent amount of features. Cons: Their contracts are a joke. The taxes and fees are too. I overpay. I told them with 6 months left on my contract I didn't want to renew and wanted it to go month to month. about 8 months later I call to cancel (cant do anything online, every support option about billing they make you call your monthly rotating account manager) and was told my contract renewed.     My experience with Ring Central Pros: $4 Cons: When talking to customers or coworker thru land line cloud phone numbers---If a call comes in over cell phone, the cell phone call takes leadership and often interupts cloud system calls in progress and disconnects calls over land line number. Inconvenient.

    Good option for Fax users Pros: Reasonably good application. Easy to use. Cons: It has certain restrictions with respect to the file formats and doesn't like copy paste on a phone platform. Overall: Ring Central solved the need for me to have a fax line in a tech world that is evolving beyond them but the cost is ridiculous for the functionality. I barely use the service and it costs the same as a landline. In this day and age these services should be far less expensive; and they raise the rate by 50% without offering any up... read more

    Great platform but expensive and poor customer support Pros: The softphone mobile app and desktop version are very well layed out. The system is very reliable and we have only had a few outages with it. Cons: It's very complex to configure. The service and support is all run out of the Phillipines and they are very frustrating to work with since they don't understand American telephone systems.     Ring central Pros: At the end of the day, it was a fine answering service Cons: There were major issues with calls not coming through, customer service was the worst
