    My experience with Ring Central Pros: $4 Cons: When talking to customers or coworker thru land line cloud phone numbers---If a call comes in over cell phone, the cell phone call takes leadership and often interupts cloud system calls in progress and disconnects calls over land line number. Inconvenient.

    Good option for Fax users Pros: Reasonably good application. Easy to use. Cons: It has certain restrictions with respect to the file formats and doesn't like copy paste on a phone platform. Overall: Ring Central solved the need for me to have a fax line in a tech world that is evolving beyond them but the cost is ridiculous for the functionality. I barely use the service and it costs the same as a landline. In this day and age these services should be far less expensive; and they raise the rate by 50% without offering any up... read more

    Great platform but expensive and poor customer support Pros: The softphone mobile app and desktop version are very well layed out. The system is very reliable and we have only had a few outages with it. Cons: It's very complex to configure. The service and support is all run out of the Phillipines and they are very frustrating to work with since they don't understand American telephone systems.     Ring central Pros: At the end of the day, it was a fine answering service Cons: There were major issues with calls not coming through, customer service was the worst

    Not worth the hassle Pros: The best part of using the RingCentral Office software is convenience. It's easy to set up a contact list for your team, use the calendar to schedule conference calls, and log the voice mails for your business records. Overall, it's a slick interface that puts most VoIP UIs to shame. Unfortunately that's where the conveniences end for this program. Cons: Every call I've ever made with RingCentral always has a five second delay where the person on the other end repeats the word "Hello?" several time... read more

    Great if you have a great network connection Pros: It's very easy to use and the customer service people respond quickly. Cons: Hard to understand customer service. If the internet is not really good the calls can go in and out.

    Way too complicated for small business. Designed for big offices with designated Ringcentral IT. Pros: The cost of VOIP is lower than regular phone. But then that's true for all VOIP systems. Cons: WAY too complicated. I was never able to get it to do what I wanted, even with tech support. Overall: I cancelled them.

    RingCentral Pros: I like that we have an online system. It is much easier to utilize , make changes, and keep things up to date on line . Cons: This software is not very user friendly. It took me forever to figure out where to replace the greeting for the Front Desk when we are closed or when there is a holiday. We have to call often to get things straightened out with our extensions and like many on line software, sometimes its just better to have some one on site once in awhile to quickly answer some questions or do a litt... read more

    Worst Support Ever Pros: I like the recording feature and how easy it is to hear recorded conversations Cons: The support is terrible. They don't have a clue about the software's ability and fail miserably when trying to troubleshoot. Simple issues take days to resolve. My dedicated "account rep" is just as bad. Overall: I've been with Ring Central for several years but have decided to switch to a different provider with US based support.
