Horrible Customer Service - Sneaky Sales People Pros: Calling linked with Zoho Cons: Customer Service and Sales Support Overall: Extremely poor customer service and sales. Will lie, steal and cheat. Their prices are high too. Claim they're the biggest but that definitely does not mean the best. Don't ever expect to speak to anyone in the US.
Lackluster support, misleading plan details. Most of these reviews are suspicious... Overall: All these glowing reviews are suspisious. From a user of many years I can say that although their prices seem good, be very VERY careful. I was misled into thinking the minutes would roll over, was told not the case only after years of service. After an hour on support line they offered to move me to a more expensive plan. Treated poorly after many years of service Overall: With over 6 years of service today I saw just how poorly they treat customers that I've been with them a long time. They have no concept of long-term value of a customer and lost me for good and now I will share the poor experience with as many people as possible .
