Best in class UcaaS system, far ahead of competition. this system allowed me go consolidate many communication systems into one. its very easy to use and allowed me to reduce internal rmail use by 30 percent. it has also saved me in total telephony costs per year because of the cost savings with using this instead of calling long distance.
Great Sales Team RingCentral has a great sales team and was able to provide the best demo I have ever experienced. We had a security concerns and they were very accommodating and teaming up with our security manager to ensure we have everything addressed. The product is being appreciated by different levels of management and staff.
Flexibility is great. Interface one of the best. great interface. amazing flexibility in you can do the same thing multiple ways. The interface is great for both novice and experts. Wish their texting had some more flexibility build it. Mobile app is one of the best. and integration with Zoho rocks.

Fast, Simple Setup and easy to use and maintain. We implemented RingCentral Office in our UK Support centre. The level of support, knowledge and advice has been second to none. Even when we have an issue that we cant resolve internally (setting up something non standard), the UK and US support reps are really helpful.

Easy to use Unified Communications Solution We have had a great experience so far. We implemented RCO over a year ago and have been completely satisfied by the products, the training, and the service. Implementation went as smooth as could be expected for an entire enterprise cut-over at once.
