RingCentral makes staying connected work Pros: I used RingCentral on the job for answering support calls. The best part about RingCentral are the features it provides. I specifically enjoy the abilities to easily forward calls to my cell phone and to ring out if I'm using a mobile device to make the call. These services made days working from home ten times easier and looking at competitors they don't nearly have as many features. Cons: RingCentral is expensive. From time to time you also get calls where the other recipient ... read more
VoIP solution on the expensive end Pros: RingCentral is definitely on the feature rich side and is accessible almost anywhere. Cons: Pricing could be revised, also there are some bugs that we have encountered such as interference between calls, loss of notifications out of nowhere - which is fixed by logging out and logging back in only.
The best CYA on the market Pros: This feature has literally saved us Thousands of dollars in lawsuit avoidance, evictions, and confirming what was aid via phone call Cons: It should be included with Ring Central. I don’t think it should cost extra
Synchronization king... Pros: The feature I love is the hot key: F6 Highlight (Select) the phone number on screen and press F6 and you are done. Cons: The sync sped at times slows down with the lowering of internet speed. Overall: All in all, RingCentral is a Value for Money Product
Easy VoIP Solution for Big or Small Businesses Pros: The softphone for RC is super easy to use, and the texting with attachments is a Godsend. In my business, a lot of my customers close via text, and I even use funny images and memes to market and follow up with them. Honestly, I'm not on the phone that much, so the texting is probably my absolute favorite feature, especially since there is an RC app I can install on my Android. Cons: Sometimes I have to log out and back in to get notifications about texts, but it's not all... read more

Good Value for $ Pros: We only us Ringcentral for faxes but it is very simple to use and is accessible from anywhere. I even send faxes from my phone while camping! Cons: I really dont have any cons on this software. We have uses it for 8 years now and have not had any issues that I recall.
Changes on the go Pros: I love that I can manipulate / control where calls are routed when something in the day goes off track we can adjust the phone calls accordingly Cons: there's a lag in first connecting the call to our automated attendant and we cannot use multiple messages (in a rotation) for our on-hold messaging Overall: It worked WONDERS when we moved offices... from my cell I could route calls to the office to wherever I was at the time.
