"Good Value for $" Pros: We only us Ringcentral for faxes but it is very simple to use and is accessible from anywhere. I even send faxes from my phone while camping!Cons: I really dont have any cons on this software. We have uses it for 8 years now and have not had any issues that I recall.
"Changes on the go" Overall: It worked WONDERS when we moved offices... from my cell I could route calls to the office to wherever I was at the time. Once we had our new phone line working I could then flip the calls there. "Ring Central turns my cellphone into my work phone without being intrusive!" Pros: I love that I can use my cell phone as a work phone while being able to keep my personal number away from our users. Ring Central is an app you download and has access to the phone functions just like your normal phone app would. The call quality on ring central is even better at times than the quality on my phone app. The calls over WiFi have great quality. "Great virtual phone" Pros: It works perfectly for a company, you can add extensions, and transfer to a cellphone.Cons: Sometimes it crashes, but good software overall.
"Using Ring Central " Pros: What I like most is that is all goes out and in via e fax.Cons: One of the cons that I have come across is that it does not generate a conformation page.
"Great modern phone solution for sales teams" Overall: RingCentral has worked well for our sales team and office for cold calling efforts.Pros: Ring Central, doesn't tend to have too many issues with calls dropping, downtime, or poor quality. The dialer allows you to make calls out quickly and works quite well when connecting to other applications.Cons: Sometimes there is an occasional delay between an application your using to dial numbers and Ring Central making the call.
"Not the easiest" Pros: It is not very expensive and relatively easy to install.Cons: It is not very user friendly. Many of us in the office have struggled with performing simple tasks, like sending a fax.
"Better than other phones" Overall: Being able to take my office line with me no matter where I go is the biggest plus of using this program.Pros: We like that we can take out office phone anywhere as long as we have our cell phone. It is really easy to use and very reliable.Cons: We cannot call out of the country without paying several hundred dollars. "RingCentral VoIP" Pros: Easy to use. A little expensive but the service quality is exceptional. everyone says there are other products better than this but ive never had an issue to move somewhere else.Cons: I could get a little more smoother when it comes to main app portals.
