"RingCentral Office review" Overall: We have benefited from having after-hours calls/texts e-mailed to us, which we can choose to follow up during after office hours if we choose.Pros: That we can see any voicemails and text messages getting sent to our office phone number, and that Ring Central forwards voicemails and texts to our email addresses.Cons: Not much to dislike here - the only thing I can think of is signing in to begin your day - most days I don't need to sign in, I'm already ready to begin making calls.
"Great customer service!" Pros: This has been my favorite phone system and easy to use!Cons: I hope they can add new features in the future.

"Ring Central Review" Pros: I used RingCentral for about 6 months for an internet marketing campaign I was doing. RingCentral was fairly easy to set up and use. I liked that I could have access to it as an app on my phone as well as on my computer. I mostly used it for calling and texting and it worked great. I realize there are many other features available as well that I never ended up using. "Great idea and tool, but terrible customer service and a glitchy system" Pros: It's great to have communications centralized within one piece of software. Tracking all of this information as well with calls, meetings, etc. is very useful.Cons: System sometimes doesn't agree with other things in place and causes a glitch and/or difficulty in setting up services. Customer service isn't the greatest and takes a long time to resolve the problem as well as sometimes not helping at all.
"Less than Practical, Annoying Features " Overall: It was simply easier to utilize a paper form to reference checking email without the Ring Central feature. I prefered sending faxes in the traditional manner than trying to consolidate all phone line matters into one device.Pros: I liked the idea of how it was supposed to work for our agency. "Not bad but could be better" Overall: I have had trouble getting the help I need from their customer service. Overall the software does what it is designed to do but it could be better.Pros: The desktop application is easy to use and I really like mobile app.Cons: Searching for call recordings is clunking and could be much easier to use.
"Ring Central Review" Overall: In general this program is very useful and allows us to set up notifications as well as check old messages or past sent documents. "RingCentral sets the bar" Overall: Overall I really like it, it's just lacking here and there and there are too many updates which requires our IT to waste a lot of time just keeping one app updated across the company.Pros: Fairly easy to use, and pretty reliable service. Voice quality has gotten much better now, close to perfect.Cons: Selection / availability of hardware phones at a reasonable price is slim.
