Great for fax line Pros: I really enjoy having a faxes emailed to me. RingCentral does that well. Cons: I have not found anything I particularly dislike about RingCentral.
Amazing customer service! Pros: Every time we needed help, their great personel were on the top of the task! Cons: Settings on the web page can be confusing, but nothing to be worried about.
Another great virtual meeting program Pros: Easy to use, the chat feature is a great option. Simple and effective way to communicate with others virtually and present information. Cons: No issues so far with using his program.
Pretty pleased with RingCentral Pros: We really enjoy being able to text clients & the integrations available (Zapier allows us to text with RingCentral in an automated way). Cons: Wish there were the ability to program autoresponses based on texts received (smart keywords like FixYourFunnel is able to do). I dislike that you can't reassign an SMS text thread to another user (like FixYourFunnel can do). Top VoIP Pros: RingCentral is very easy to use, offers every feature a company could ever need, and has excellent customer support. Cons: There's not a lot to dislike, it's the best VoIP service I've ever used.
Ring Central Review Pros: I used RingCentral for about 6 months for an internet marketing campaign I was doing. RingCentral was fairly easy to set up and use. I liked that I could have access to it as an app on my phone as well as on my computer. I mostly used it for calling and texting and it worked great. RingCentral Office review Pros: That we can see any voicemails and text messages getting sent to our office phone number, and that Ring Central forwards voicemails and texts to our email addresses. Cons: Not much to dislike here - the only thing I can think of is signing in to begin your day - most days I don't need to sign in, I'm already ready to begin making calls. Overall: We have benefited from having after-hours calls/texts e-mailed to us, which we can choose to follow up during after office hours if we choose.
RingCentral Office - VoIP Pros: The ability to have an office number without an office phone system. Cons: I do not like that you have to go through the app for voice messsages
Great customer service! Pros: This has been my favorite phone system and easy to use! Cons: I hope they can add new features in the future.
