Excellent software Pros: Ring Central is an excellent software for communicating with clients without giving away personal information. It allows you to use your own phone while setting work hours, redirecting calls, having a separate voicemail, and using a different phone number than your own (like I said, no giving away personal information). Quick and Easy Online Faxing Pros: My company has been using RingCentral Office primarily for online faxing purposes for three years now. RingCentral's UI makes it incredibly easy to switch from physical faxing to online faxing. It is made even more convenient since you can fax directly from your email. Well thought out VOIP system Pros: The flexibility is great. Options include custom hold music, routing between desktop and mobile apps, and seamless hand off. Sound quality is good with minimal latency, but this may be more dependent on network infrastructure than the software. Good software bundled with vanity 800 numbers.. Pros: Whenever a client asks me where to buy an 800 number I tell them either RingCentral or one other choice. I like the search process to find a number and the features such as call recording, demographics and more. Cons: Cost can be high for only 1 line but if purchased in packs price drops. I was unlucky not to get the vanity number I wanted that spells the business. Overall: Otherwise it is the #1 800 number dashboard tool. Will use it again.
