Easy to work with, feature rich, great support I have found Ring Central Pre Sales to be some of the best out of many vendors (and Ive engaged with a few over the last 20 years!) I would fully recommend if considering a full cloud telephony/unified comms solution
easy to assig ext,easy to use or change users Ringcentral is not bad, the problem is when a deskphone is not active or has the wrong bar code. u have to wait one week to fix the issue.
RingCentral and Google G Suite a perfect partneship the RingCentral platform is a really good UCaaS offering for an SME, we have 1,000 users who access the platform from around The UK. The main benefit for us is that it integrates very well with Google G Suite. We use ChromeOS and the RingCentral Chrome Extension allows us to use a softphone embedded within the browser. The integration into Google Hangout meetings is also great giving us UK access numbers to Google Hangout meetings.

Great technology, average customer service. RingCentral for us is a softphone telephony provider which allows you to create virtual numbers to enable a wide range or options such as a "find me" call routing feature. Additionally we use the service in order to provide difernet departments with their own 800 numbers or call groups. A communications platform, intuituive UI, and easy integraitions. 100% total adoption. The integration of a unified system for chat, video conference, meetings, phone, with mobile etc. is now seemless and very well integrated. We use every feature. The ease of use for office integration is simple and effective compared to other web meeting products I've used. Glip is intuitive and effective without trying to do too much. Maybe a need down the road for a more threaded reply layout.

Feature Filled and cheap much of the issues have been solved regarding new users, assigning numbers, configuring hardware . . . formerly these were not easy or intuitive, now the set-up is very easy, it has been a long time since we've had to call for support
