Ring Central calls Pros: I like that I can store contacts specific to my job in RingCentral without having to save them in my phone. Cons: There are several times the connection isn’t good and my call will either not go through or go through and the person I’m calling can’t understand me. Great option for faxing Pros: We used Ringcentral solely for faxing. Frankly, it's the only program that we use. It's a no brainier. Simply open your email and Enter the info and your already to fax. Faxes can also be schedule for a specific time to send. Very helpful. Cons: The plan we use is only For attachments up to 20mb. Overall: Our clients have never complained about our use of Ringcentral so I think they must be doing something right.
A+ VOIP Provider Pros: Easy to setup Easy to configure Analytics/KPI Dashboards Cons: Pricing Pushy Account Manager Some limitations (Single Group Managers, Call Queue Managers) Overall: It has been a great experience working with RingCentral to setup our VOIP implementation. Although it had some frustrating moments, overall it was painless.
Excellent software Pros: Ring Central is an excellent software for communicating with clients without giving away personal information. It allows you to use your own phone while setting work hours, redirecting calls, having a separate voicemail, and using a different phone number than your own (like I said, no giving away personal information). Ring Central review Pros: I like that you can upload the ring central app and it gives you a phone number different than your own so you can have the convenience of 2 numbers on one phone. Quick and Easy Online Faxing Pros: My company has been using RingCentral Office primarily for online faxing purposes for three years now. RingCentral's UI makes it incredibly easy to switch from physical faxing to online faxing. It is made even more convenient since you can fax directly from your email. I cannot tell you how happy we were to be able to finally get rid of our antiquated fax machine. Perfect for every office! Pros: This is the best fax machine! I use it on a daily basis and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone! Cons: I have yet to have any issues with this software.
