    Well thought out VOIP system Pros: The flexibility is great. Options include custom hold music, routing between desktop and mobile apps, and seamless hand off. Sound quality is good with minimal latency, but this may be more dependent on network infrastructure than the software. Cons: The only difficulty I've had was with Windows and the Plantronics hardware both controlling in-call sound levels. If either one is turned down, calls are hard to hear.     Good software bundled with vanity 800 numbers.. Pros: Whenever a client asks me where to buy an 800 number I tell them either RingCentral or one other choice. I like the search process to find a number and the features such as call recording, demographics and more. Cons: Cost can be high for only 1 line but if purchased in packs price drops. I was unlucky not to get the vanity number I wanted that spells the business. Overall: Otherwise it is the #1 800 number dashboard tool. Will use it again.

    Why We Have Been RingCentral Clients for Years Pros: Easy to set up... Easy to use... Customizable to our needs... Dedicated 888 number... Dedicated local dial up number... Office hours (to stop receiving phone calls forwarded to our cell phones at 2am)... Online FAX service... Cons: I wish there was a way to BLOCK spammers...(If there is, I haven't figured it out yet).     Ringcentral is my assistance . Pros: what I like the most about RingCentral that its a friendly user softphone, I use on my daily basis task as I should intact with my customers and assist them with voice calls, text, fax, from the app, I can even use RC on my android , lets not forget to mention that the ring central meeting that I do with my co-workers remotely with a screen share which is really fantastic for our business, saving time, efforts, definitely reliable , it got all i need such Call Monitoring,Conference calls,... read more

    Office Phones Pros: The thing I like most about RingCentral is being able to set up the phones for future days and holidays that the office will be closed and having the desk app on laptops to be able to text to numbers. Cons: The least thing that I like about ringcentral is that when you press transfer and start to type in the phone number it only gives you a short amount of time before it hangs up!     Great phone system Pros: Ring Central allows me to make and receive calls on my mobile phone without giving my clients my personal number. The app interface is easy to use. I am also a huge fan of Ring Central activities (formerly Glip) that is a task manager. My paralegal and I manage all my tasks and to dos through it. I love that I can fax a word document directly from Ring Central without converting it to a pdf first. Big time saver. You get an email with copy of the texts you receive.     We're replacing 50+ lines with Ringcentral Pros: Ringcentral lets me seamlessly add extensions, lines, change lines, and change line behaviors. Things I used to have the phone company come look at, and would take a week, now take minutes. I can transfer calls to employees from my cell phone, and get much better analytic insights to the way my company makes and receives calls. Cons: Tech support isn't always the best.     RingCentral makes staying connected work Pros: I used RingCentral on the job for answering support calls. The best part about RingCentral are the features it provides. I specifically enjoy the abilities to easily forward calls to my cell phone and to ring out if I'm using a mobile device to make the call. These services made days working from home ten times easier and looking at competitors they don't nearly have as many features. Cons: RingCentral is expensive.     VoIP solution on the expensive end Pros: RingCentral is definitely on the feature rich side and is accessible almost anywhere. Cons: Pricing could be revised, also there are some bugs that we have encountered such as interference between calls, loss of notifications out of nowhere - which is fixed by logging out and logging back in only.
