Using Ring Central Pros: What I like most is that is all goes out and in via e fax. Cons: One of the cons that I have come across is that it does not generate a conformation page.
Great modern phone solution for sales teams Pros: Ring Central, doesn't tend to have too many issues with calls dropping, downtime, or poor quality. The dialer allows you to make calls out quickly and works quite well when connecting to other applications. Cons: Sometimes there is an occasional delay between an application your using to dial numbers and Ring Central making the call. Overall: RingCentral has worked well for our sales team and office for cold calling efforts.
Not the easiest Pros: It is not very expensive and relatively easy to install. Cons: It is not very user friendly. Many of us in the office have struggled with performing simple tasks, like sending a fax.
A Huge Headache Pros: As long as you can locate them, this software does have a lot of features. Once you finally get the settings the way you want and the right apps downloaded, the software does function well (there's a light at the end of the tunnel, folks). Cons: I have been extremely dissatisfied with my whole experience with RingCentral. Better than other phones Pros: We like that we can take out office phone anywhere as long as we have our cell phone. It is really easy to use and very reliable. Cons: We cannot call out of the country without paying several hundred dollars. Also, you can only have one app on your phone for one number and you can only use this program on one computer at a time unless you buy several numbers costing way more than your average phone. RingCentral VoIP Pros: Easy to use. A little expensive but the service quality is exceptional. everyone says there are other products better than this but ive never had an issue to move somewhere else. Cons: I could get a little more smoother when it comes to main app portals.
It was an average solution Pros: Obviously it allowed our large team to all have extension numbers at the office and calls could be made from your computer or through a mobile device. In that respect it was very convenient. Cons: I (and several of my coworkers) had issues with the iOS App. It would often freeze, not make a proper connection, and need to be closed then relaunched. There are some improvements that could be made there for sure.
Very, Very Helpful Pros: There are times where you don't have time to call your voicemail on your phone because you are working. With RingCentral, I can play a message on my speaker and type or do other work simultaneously. I also like that I can quickly forward the message via email to a coworker/supervisor, which also leaves me a paper trail. Cons: Sometimes there is a bit of a delay for the message to pop up. Great for faxing to multiple users! Pros: It was very easy to setup and configure. I like the fact that multiple users can all see the same faxes that come in. Cons: It was a little on the pricey side but the ease of use makes up for that.
