Great vendor for a UCAAS solution - easy to use, implement and maintain! Ring Central was professional from start to finish! We had dedicated teams for each phase of the project - i.e., IVR setup, QOS testing, porting of numbers and cutover, training etc. Great vendor!
RingCentral The All-In-One for your companies communication needs. The system as a whole has worked exceedingly well. The multiple platforms makes working with the range of vendors, government employees and educators across the country really easy.
there are things to be worked on I keep having to re-download it because of ongoing ringing noise that sounds like chimes. This is frustrating. i lose talk time and don't know its happen ing until m30 min is wasted of my day. which is frustrating as you can imagine. my whole team deals with he same issue.
Great system(s) and service with Ring Central Negotiations, installation, and general usage have been fantastic. We had a few bumps in the road at first with a bad account manager but they switched the company and we have not had any issues since.
Great product It's super coinvent and very reliable, I enjoy how easy it is to use and is always up and running, no issues so far, always been on point and there when I need it.
Easy to use Ring Central has been easy to use, easy to teach others how to use, and extremely convenient. The text feature has been really helpful as I do not like to give out my personal phone number, but need to be easily reached.
Ringcentral is a great app and I have encountered no problems Ringcentral is the go to for our company as it allows the most intuitive and easy to use interface for a communications app.
Overall Good It is a pretty good service the biggest complaint is having to download the app to join a conference call
