"Best communications software" Pros: Is great to use it everywhere, the admin access provides many ways to monitor our call center.Cons: Apps are sometime slow, on pc and cellphone
"Great option for faxing" Overall: Our clients have never complained about our use of Ringcentral so I think they must be doing something right.Pros: We used Ringcentral solely for faxing. Frankly, it's the only program that we use. It's a no brainier. Simply open your email and Enter the info and your already to fax. Faxes can also be schedule for a specific time to send. Very helpful.Cons: The plan we use is only For attachments up to 20mb.
"A+ VOIP Provider" Overall: It has been a great experience working with RingCentral to setup our VOIP implementation. "Ring Central review" Overall: Overall experience is ok. The app runs on data and uses internet connection so unfortunately calls cut out more often than on regular linePros: I like that you can upload the ring central app and it gives you a phone number different than your own so you can have the convenience of 2 numbers on one phone.
