Risha and her team did an outstanding job helping us secure financing for our condo. I'm self employed which was one challenge for some lenders, and then the property we wanted had settled litigation that was not yet remediated so not every bank would lend on the property. Despite these hurdles, Risha and the team worked diligently and professionally to get our loan and kept in good communication along the way.
