Highly recommend Risha and team at Guaranteed Rate. Had some issues with another mortgage company and we lost 10 days in the process. Reached out to Risha for help late Friday afternoon and she jumped in immediately and promised closing as per contract with a fantastic rate and closing credit. Thanks to her team, they worked with us for documents over the weekend and were constantly in touch throughout the process we ended up closing on time.

Risha is truly the best of the best in this mortgage lending business. Many loan officers will promise you the world and do not deliver and blame others for your mistakes. Not Risha!.
