Risha and the Guaranteed Rate team have done a great job for my Home Refinancing. She well negotiated with the Lender to get the most effective lowest possible rate in the market. She addressed several critical concerns of the lender in no time to close the loan very smoothly and effectively. The lender requested multiple home appraisal reports since the interest rates are gone crazy, but she kept her promise and closed the loan.

I was looking for refinance options for my house. Most of the lenders gave me high rates or with points. I got an email from Risha and as I was looking for refinance options, I checked with her. I am extremely happy with Risha and her team at Guaranteed Rate. I had a complicated refinancing in March 2021 and they were the only broker who were able to refinance the loan for me for no closing cost. The rate was very competitive and the customer service was excellent. In October 2021, they called me and were able to refinance my loan to an even lower rate for no closing costs.
