HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Risha and her team of professionals (Arpita and Sandhya) closed a very complicated deal that no one else could do. She kept in close communication throughout the loan process, and most importantly, she delivered on what she promised. Risha is a pro in her work. More than us, she was confident about our loan approval :) The loan process was very very smooth unlike our previous home loan experience with Wells Fargo. Risha's team members are equally thorough, knowledgeable and prompt in work. I didn't want to reduce the number of stars, but I expected Risha's team to negotiate better with lender about lender credits especially when the loan amount and interest rates were high.
