So in 6 months and Risha and Guaranteed Rate couldn't do a simple refi. I went to Wise Investments/Quicken Loans and signed my papers in less than a month.
We were referred to Risha by our realtor. And were completely disappointed in her service! She is not that easy to reach and did not work out the numbers in our favor. We felt she kind of misused first time home buyers' emotions to force a high-interest rate. While finalizing the loan we signed a document before loan approval to lock a certain interest rate and we were told that would be the final rate, but when we went to sign property documents in escrow, the rate was different.
