I am not particularly surprised with how good Risha is but I am super impressed by the team she built. We bought our first home 3 weeks ago and the whole process was super smooth. It was surreal to be honest. I 200% would recommend Risha to any home buyer. Our inhouse lender was useless so we went with Risha and closed the home within 28 days after first contacting her. Talk about efficiency.

One word 'The Best' and it applies to Risha and all her team who helped us. Risha stands for her clients and steers the process in right direction.
