Absolutely deserving of 5+ stars! With Risha my family purchased our 1st home in 2014 and refinanced it twice since that time. She is ALWAYS looking out for our best interest and simply will not recommend moving forward if the situation is not right or beneficial for us. Risha and her team were fabulous. I requested a basic refi at first and she found me a great rate and exactly what I wanted. Then I changed my mind early on and decided to get a cash out refi instead. She was super flexible and went back and got exactly what I wanted again.
