Tl;dr Risha saved the day. We were in a bad spot. We got a TERRIBLE final rate from a small bank we had worked extensively with -- after our offer had already been accepted, and after that other bank had led us to believe we'd be looking at rates in the low 3s. Fantastic. The process was incredibly smooth and she was able to answer all questions I had about the lending process. She laid out all of the options we had and guided us to the best loan. The team itself was quick with the process, especially during these difficult times with COVID-19. We were able to close under a month, which was earlier than our expected close date.
