Risha and her Team were simply excellent. I came to her in a time crunch (after wasting a month and having a terrible experience with Wells Fargo) Risha was able to close my loan very fast, with a lower closing cost, great credit, AND a great rate (better than anything I could find with any major bank) I like the fact that they were very direct and open from the beginning of the process. Stop wasting your time with others, go to Risha for your mortgage needs. She is super efficient at getting you what you want and at lightning speed (and she has a fantastic team to back her). Her guidance towards the right option is invaluable. I had such a smooth re-fi process that I had to remind myself often that I was in the middle of it.
