Stop wasting your time with others, go to Risha for your mortgage needs. She is super efficient at getting you what you want and at lightning speed (and she has a fantastic team to back her). Her guidance towards the right option is invaluable. I had such a smooth re-fi process that I had to remind myself often that I was in the middle of it. We were in a tight spot to have the loan processed in less than 20 days. Risha and her team worked very hard and got the loan processed on time.
