Risha is the real deal. We were "pre-qualified" with 3 banks when we made an offer on our house. Turns out pre-qualification doesn't mean a thing and all three of them pulled out on us on technicalities. I was a few hours away from cancelling our offer when our realtor suggested I contact Risha. Risha and her team are amazing!! We had a deal that was falling apart and would not have closed had it not been for her. We had a FHA loan and the other lender, who was absolutely horrible, told us the loan was fully underwritten. Risha Kilaru and her team helped get us setup for our first home mortgage. She was very easily accessible and answered all my questions. She and her team was able to successfully close the escrow within 30 days of our offer being accepted by the seller. Overall, I really liked her professional handling of our mortgage application.
