Risha is the real deal. We were "pre-qualified" with 3 banks when we made an offer on our house. Turns out pre-qualification doesn't mean a thing and all three of them pulled out on us on technicalities. I was a few hours away from cancelling our offer when our realtor suggested I contact Risha. We can't thank enough Risha and her team in Guaranteed Rate. She is definitely exceptional and her team is superb! We were in a deep mess when Heaven sent Risha to our rescue.
