Risha is the real deal. We were "pre-qualified" with 3 banks when we made an offer on our house. Turns out pre-qualification doesn't mean a thing and all three of them pulled out on us on technicalities. I was a few hours away from cancelling our offer when our realtor suggested I contact Risha.
